Standard plans include 2 boards. An overview board, and an in depth accountability board. These boards cycle through every 10 seconds and appear on your screen in your office. Soon you'll find your agents passing by just to see where they stand on the leader boards.
Coaching Audits
Twice a year receive a coaching audit from Traction. We'll provide an in depth analysis on where we think you're killing it, and where you could use a little massaging. Even better, we look at each individual agent to assess where you can help them even more!
